SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a semiconductor wafer foundry offering fabrication and design support services using CMOS Technology ranging from Logic, Mixed-Signal, Radio Frequency, High-Voltage and Analog, to various Power Devices at technology nodes down to 90 nanometer feature size. To meet growing demand for energy-efficient “Systems on Chip”applications, SilTerra is now enabling complex end-applications that employ a mix of MEMS, Silicon Photonics, CMOS Image Sensor, Microcontrollers, Bluetooth Low Energy, Power Management IC and other technologies to enable the growing energy efficient, Internet-of-Things (IoT) high-growth market segments.
SilTerra’s wafer fab has a design-in capacity of 40,000 eight-inch wafers per month and currently serves customers in US, Taiwan, China and South Korea. Starting commercial production in 2001, the company’s headquarters and factory are located in Malaysia’s Kulim Hi-Tech Park, with sales and marketing offices in San Jose (California) and Hsinchu (Taiwan).
